Terms & Conditions

1. The Phil Gilbert Motor Group Fixed Price Service Program (the “Program”) is offered by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Motor Group of 66 - 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141 (“Phil Gilbert Motor Group”).

2. The Program commences at the opening of business on 1 September 2022 and ends at 6p.m. AEST on 31 December 2023. (the “Program Period”).

Eligibility

3. The Program is open to all Australian resident, private guests aged 18 years or over (the “Eligible Guests”). The Offer is not open to business guests. Wholesale guests are also excluded. Additional exclusions may apply from time to time.

4. To be eligible for the Program, a vehicle must be:

• A used vehicle purchased from Phil Gilbert Motor Group by an Eligible Guest during the Program Period (the “Eligible Vehicle”)
• Must be either a petrol, petrol hybrid, diesel or petrol turbo vehicle. Fully electric or hydrogen powered vehicles, whatever their make or model are ineligible, and
• Other vehicles may be deemed eligible at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Motor Group Manager.

5. Program eligibility is not transferable with the Eligible Vehicle if it is sold by the Eligible Guest.

6. Phil Gilbert Motor Group reserves the right to exclude any vehicle from eligibility for the Program. The decision of Phil Gilbert Motor Group in this regard will be final.

The Program

7. Eligible Vehicles owned by Eligible Guests will be entitled to book and receive the following:

• A Fixed Price Service, including the following items, for the Agreed Price, as applicable to the Eligible Vehicle:
  • Replace engine oil and oil filter;
  • Check all fluid levels and top up as required; Check lights, wipers/washers, horn and electrical systems;
  • Check condition and pressures of all tyres including spare;
  • Inspect cooling systems including radiator and hoses;
  • Check battery terminals and wiring for security or damage;
  • Check drive belt and adjust tension as required;
  • Inspect fuel system lines and connections;
  • Inspect brake pads, calipers and discs;
  • Inspect exhaust system for signs of wear or damage;
  • Inspect suspension and steering components for damage/wear;
  • Check parking brake adjustment and operation; and
  • Road test vehicle and report any defects
• Where any additional service, repair or maintenance items are requested by the Eligible Guest or recommended to and accepted by the Eligible Guest, the quoted charges for those additional items will be charged in addition to the Agreed Price.
• Where any additional parts are recommended, accepted and supplied to the Eligible Guest, those additional parts will be charged to the Eligible Guest at the applicable, retail rate in addition to the Agreed Price. Additional charges for fitment may also apply.
• The Fixed Price Service may not equate to a manufacturer’s scheduled service. In such cases, the Eligible Vehicle’s Service and Warranty book will not be stamped by Phil Gilbert Motor Group at the conclusion of the Fixed Price Service.
• In certain circumstances, Phil Gilbert Motor Group staff may recommend that a manufacturer’s scheduled service is more suitable for an Eligible Vehicle, given its service and log book history. In such circumstances, the Agreed Price will not apply, the Phil Gilbert Motor Group quoted price for the manufacturer’s scheduled service, current at the time of quoting, will apply.
• A Fixed Price Service will be a Scheduled Service for the purposes of the Phil Gilbert Motor Group Service Agreement, unless Phil Gilbert Motor Group advises the Eligible Guest, in writing prior to the Fixed Price Service, that it is not a Scheduled Service. The decision of Phil Gilbert Motor Group in this regard will be final.

Agreed Price

8. The Agreed Price of the Fixed Price Service for each Eligible Vehicle, applicable as at 1st August 2022 inclusive of GST is set out below:

9. The Agreed Price of the Fixed Price Service may be amended by Phil Gilbert Motor Group from time to time. Eligible Guests will be advised of pricing changes at the time of booking a Fixed Price Service for an Eligible Vehicle.

10. Fixed Price Services carried out pursuant to the Program must be carried out at Phil Gilbert Motor Group Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon.

11. Fixed Price Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Motor Group Guest Experience Centre on (02) 9735 8400 or online.

12. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any manufacturer’s fixed or capped price service plan (if applicable).
