*Terms and Conditions apply. Referral or spotters fees are only payable in the following circumstances. When a guest refers a friend, associate or family member to our Dealership and they advise the Sales Consultant at the time of negotiation, of the referral, the referring guest will be eligible to receive a referral fee once the referred guest purchases a vehicle.
The following conditions apply to payment of referral or spotters fees; a) The referral fee is capped at $100.00 per vehicle purchase, b) Cash will not be paid but a cheque will be sent to the referring guest after settlement and delivery of the vehicle, c) Only guests who are not already on our DMS system will be accepted as referred by an existing guest, d) The Sales Manager must complete and sign a referral form, along with a completed cheque requisition form, to Administration, by the end of the calendar month in which the referral occurred, e) Referral or spotters fees will not be paid to employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or their immediate family members in any circumstances.
